We are blessed to experience the beautiful country of Bhutan, thanks to a dear friend at Druk Asia (https://www.drukasia.com/) for planning this wonderful trip. There is a misconception that the USD250/day tariff is expensive and honestly, as we discovered on this trip, it covers almost everything you need, from an experienced guide (whom we love - Yama), a skilled driver (Tenzin), good hotels, meals and attractions. The roads in Bhutan are a challenge to navigate and you do need a good guide to enhance the experiences with their stories. We loved every bit of the trip and appreciate the Bhutanese kindness and smiles. I felt great peace during the trip and will definitely return to explore more of the country.
