Sorry for the late reply. Yes, we have a wonderful trip in Bhutan.
Firstly, I would like to thank you for all the arrangement especially the last minute request prior to our travel.
Here’s our comment:
1. Very happy with the excellent service of our driver and guide, Passang and Kuenzang Dema;
2. Hotel Norbuling and Hotel Lobesa are good, in term of service, facilities n cleanliness;
3. Metta Resort's facilities may be a bit older but the service is commendable. For example, they accommodated our departing flight schedule n served us breakfast at 4.45am & flexible arrangement to cook Mee Sua noodle soup for us on days that prefer light dinner.
4. The itinerary by Druk Asia is adequate and the meals provided are palatable.
5. Eve's service is good - very responsive and efficient. Even provided us with an adapter to bring to Bhutan. Our requests to her to visit an orphanage and traditional farm house were well communicated to our guide who fulfilled them.
Overall, we are very glad that we have chosen Druk Asia n will not hesitate to recommend it to potential visitors to Bhutan.
