Frequently Asked Question

1. Is there an annual limit on the number of visitors entering Bhutan?

5. Does Druk Asia serve international travellers?
Yes, we do. We receive inquiries from various countries outside Singapore.
6. Is tipping expected?
Tipping is not yet an ingrained culture. Unlike other countries, hotel staffs do not linger around expecting a tip.

However, following industry norm in other countries, tipping the driver and guide is more commonly accepted or done. The rule of thumb is $3/day for the driver and $5/day for the guide. This comes to $80/car for a 10 days trip.
