Ugyen’s dedication to crafting a customized itinerary, even through numerous revisions and requests, was remarkable, matched by her prompt and helpful communication. The accommodations provided surpassed my expectations, offering a high level of comfort and quality. What stood out even more was the exceptional hospitality and service-oriented approach of every hotel staff. The explanations of my tour guide, Dorji, were noticeably more detailed than the other Bhutanese guides that I've passed by. He also had an excellent knack for recommending places that, while I wasn't initially keen, turned out to be pleasant surprises of the trip. His local knowledge and long tenure were invaluable in uncovering hidden gems, particularly on lunch places.

We were very very sad to leave!!! We had a wonderful time and the trip exceeded all our expectations. The highlight for us was the drive up to Chele La Pass and the hike down to the nunnery. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful...we didn't run into a single person on the hike! We also loved the Punakha valley and of course Tiger's Nest was magical and well worth the effort :-)

The guide and driver made to feel comfortable at all times and had fun with intense discussion of Buddhism, fascinating culture of Bhutan and my interest with the Royal Majesties. Bhutan as a country is an exhilarating country with green valleys and mountain peaks. It has captured me the moment I saw the Himalayas during my incoming plane ride. Love seeing the traditional costume worn by the people in the streets of Paro and Thimphu.
The trip was enjoyable and we love the place and great hospitality of Bhutanese.
