We also accept credit card payments through trusted platforms. Please note that service providers charge a small transaction fee on top of the booking amount.

If you'd like to pay by credit card, simply inform your Travel Specialist — they'll send you a secure payment link via email.

3. Airwallex

We accept payments through Airwallex, allowing travelers from many countries to pay securely using major credit cards, local bank transfers, and other supported payment methods. Depending on your country, Airwallex may also help reduce international transaction fees and currency conversion costs.

4. Alipay

Travelers from China and users with an Alipay account can conveniently pay for their Bhutan tour using Alipay. This provides a familiar and secure payment experience without the need for an international credit card.

5. WeChat Pay

IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is widely used in European countries but is not commonly implemented in Asia. Our banks use the SWIFT network for international identification and wire transfers. We will provide you with the relevant SWIFT code and bank details for your transfer.

What currency will my payment be processed in?

All payments are processed in either Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD). If you are transferring funds from another currency, your bank will handle the conversion and may charge a small exchange rate fee.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal, Flywire, and Stripe. Please note that these providers charge a transaction fee:

• PayPal: 5%
• Flywire: 3%
• Stripe: 5%

How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?

• PayNow & Credit Card payments: Instant confirmation.
• Bank / Wire Transfers: Typically 1–3 working days depending on your bank. We will notify you once the funds have been received.

What happens if I pay in another currency?

If you send payment in a currency other than SGD or USD, your bank will convert the funds before the transfer is completed. Please note that your bank may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees.

Are there any hidden fees?

We are fully transparent with our charges. The only additional fees are those charged by third-party platforms (PayPal, Flywire, Stripe) or by your own bank for international transfers. We do not impose any extra fees beyond what is clearly stated.
