Awesome experience dealing with Druk Asia for our recent trip to Bhutan in Oct 23. Ugyen was very helpful, informative & responsive as we made enquires from her at the office. Her replies were mostly instant & explained to us patiently & clearly & even helped to see to our request in the last minutes were acceded to. Thank you Ugyen for the excellent service! You are truly an asset to Druk Asia. Having returned from our trip, we are really grateful for the awesome experience. The beautiful country indeed have many beautiful people. Our Guide, Namgyel Thinley & Driver, Phrukpa Tshering were an amazing pair. We were so well taken care of that we really have no worries at all...from our stays at hotels, meals through out, road trips etc were all so well executed & taken care of. Leaving us freed of worries & had peace of mind to enjoy the beautiful sceneries, car drives, photos & videos taking, sharing laughter, informative History of Bhutan throughout the journeys. Both of them carried out their jobs very professionally & responsibly. Namgyel is well-versed in his job as guide & Phrukpa's driving skill is so steady & safe. Our safety & comfort are their utmost priority. When we encountered little motion sickness, they did not hesitate to make a pit-stop at a safe location, to allow us to rest & feel better before we move on. They also took great care of us during our hikes. Especially the hike up to Tiger's Nest. They supported us physically & mentally, of course, often not forgetting our safety as the top priority. We couldn't have asked for more. They played an awesome role in making our trip an unforgettable one. They are real gems of Bhutan & Druk Asia. We were blessed to have them for our trip. Druk Asia should be proud to have such passionate, responsible, dedicated & committed staff. Pride of Bhutan!!
