We had a great time and our guide n driver - Kinley and Gyenpo were very pleasant to be with. Kinley was very informative and was able to address all our questions and share her stories with us which allowed us to get more insight on Bhutan's culture and history.
The standard hotels were decent, we didnt quite understand the triple room concept though as all the hotels except Uma Como had 3 rooms for us - 2 double and 1 single. We were under the impression from our discussions that there will be 2 rooms - 1 double n 1 triple. For Tnziling for example, the double room had 1 king and 1 single bed so we could have just done a triple sharing for the room. So I think this could have been better managed upfront, instead of knowing the bed arrangements in the rooms only when we arrive at the hotels.
There was also a bit of a confusion with the flight timings which we didn't realise until Kinley highlighted it to us. Small matter though and we understand its at no fault of the company.
Otherwise, it was also great to be able to meet you (in Bhutan!) and thank you personally for all the assistance you have given us, accomodating to our needs, changes and increased group size. You have been very helpful as well and prompt in your responses which we very much appreciate :)
