Our trip to the beautiful Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan with Druk Asia and SoulTrips was truly extraordinary — made exceptional by the people who journeyed with us.

From the moment we stepped onto Bhutanese soil, our guide Tshewang Dema and driver Dashi Penjor made us feel we were in the safest and most capable hands. Their professionalism, warmth, and calm presence gave us immediate confidence that we were well taken care of. Bhutan in winter is breathtaking — crisp air, serene landscapes, and stunning scenery at every turn. Tshewang’s explanations at each destination were filled with passion and deep love for her country, which brought every place and story to life in a very meaningful way.

What truly made this trip go beyond the ordinary was the care we received when both of us fell ill during the journey. Tshewang and Dashi acted swiftly and compassionately, bringing us to the hospital twice and thoughtfully adjusting our itinerary to accommodate our condition. What touched us most was Tshewang’s constant check-ins — her genuine concern went far beyond professional duty.

We ended this journey not just with beautiful memories, but with hearts deeply touched by kindness, care, and humanity. This was more than a holiday — it was an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you for making Bhutan so unforgettable. 🙏
