Prompt responses and good suggestions by the agency. Hotels offered under the agency (we went for the standard 3 star ones), were fantastic, particularly Rema Resort in Paro. Guide and driver were really very attentive, sensitive to our needs and very genuine. They were always energetic, willing to share knowledge about Bhutan and its biodiversity. Proactively suggested additional sights to see, food to try etc. We had a wonderful time in Bhutan and they definitely played a big part! 100% recommend.
