The accommodation is located in Chang Sima, within Paro Dzongkhag—the birthplace of Mipham Wangpo, also known as Pema Kara. Born in 1864 during the Wood Rooster year, he would go on to become the 56th Je Khenpo, serving as Bhutan’s spiritual head from 1919 to 1922.
