He made us feel safe, cared for, and welcomed from the very first moment. What started as a guided tour quickly became a genuine friendship — he is fun, funny, sincere, and grounded in a way that made every day special. This trip was transformative for us, and so much of that is because of Namgay’s guidance, spirit, and calm presence. We left Bhutan with full hearts and memories we will treasure forever.
