The team (Jampel and Pema) was really nice. They did a very good job in making our trip safe, comfortable and memorable. Celia and I truly enjoyed ourselves.
Just a small feedback on the accommodation for the guide and drivers. During our stay in Punakha, we realized that the hotel we stayed at (Dhensa Boutique) did not provide any accommodation for them. It was late when we checked into the hotel and it was cold. The driver had to look for a place to stay for the night. Despite all this, he was still very professional and provided us with good service.
We feel that the driver and guide need a proper place for them to rest since they are the key people in making our trip safe n memorable. Please do consider our feedback and hopefully in future it does not happen to anyone.
Once again, thank u to you too for patiently answering all our queries and helping with all the arrangements. The hotel recommendations were good too (I liked Terma Linca and Dhensa the most) . WiFi signal was not too good at Naksel but the view from the room was great!
I will definitely call you if I were to plan for my next holiday to Bhutan.
