Sangay took care of my booking from start to finish

Sangay took care of my booking from start to finish. He was very responsive with my queries and assigned a great local tour company (Soultrips) to organise my holiday in Bhutan.

One minor improvement - Hotel Lobesa in Punakha needs to fix/upgrade their shower pressure and hot water system. I was having 4 min showers before the water went cold. Please pass this feedback on to your hotel suppliers. Rest was fantastic.
