Hi Cipto, You beat me to it, I was going to write you a note to tell you what a wonderful time we had! We did fill up your feedback form but good feedback bears repeating! First and foremost, we'd like to mention Rinzin and Namgay - they were great to be with - so courteous, caring and kind. When you're spending 10 days together, it's so important to have a guide and driver that you're comfortable with. They are such lovely guys. In fact, we would suggest that you try to pair them up for your tours as they obviously get along with each other and there's good teamwork and dynamics between them. Rinzin very quickly picked up on our interests and suggested things to do accordingly. I usually suffer from car sickness on winding roads, but it's a testament to Namgay's careful and steady driving that not once did I feel unwell despite the hairpin bends! We would like to visit Bhutan again (perhaps Bumthang next time) and we would specially request the two of them to be our guide and driver again. The hotels were comfortable and we especially liked the warmth and friendliness of the staff at Metta. We would probably not choose Kisa again as we had a room with no view and some of the bathroom facilities were not repaired or working. We also had to get them to change the sheets as they were not clean. Having said that however, the staff did attend to our needs promptly and it wasn't all bad. We like to have local food when we travel and on this Bhutan did not disappoint. We enjoyed the local food thoroughly and food was good everywhere. One suggestion we would like to make is to include art galleries as an option in your itinerary. This will interest art lovers like us and promote Bhutanese art as well. Upon knowing our interest in local art, Rinzin included visits to galleries into our itinerary and between us we bought four paintings! I shall send you a couple of photos in a separate mail. I'm sure Shyam has a few things to say as well. She is a Facebook friend with Mindu and Rinzin now whom we met for lunch at Thimphu. They are lovely girls and we have asked them to look us up when they are next in Singapore. As you can tell, we had a wonderful experience. Kadin Chhey!
