Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is widely used in European countries but is not commonly implemented in Asia. Our banks use the SWIFT network for international identification and wire transfers. We will provide you with the relevant SWIFT code and bank details for your transfer.
All payments are processed in either Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD). If you are transferring funds from another currency, your bank will handle the conversion and may charge a small exchange rate fee.
Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal, Flywire, and Stripe. Please note that these providers charge a transaction fee:

If you send payment in a currency other than SGD or USD, your bank will convert the funds before the transfer is completed. Please note that your bank may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees.

4–7 days before start of programme: 75% of package cost

3 days or fewer before start of programme: 100% of package cost

No refund for special promotion tickets.

75% refund for tickets cancelled more than 30 days before the travel date.

50% refund for tickets cancelled between 10–29 days before the travel date.

25% refund for tickets cancelled between 4–9 days before the travel date.

No refund for tickets cancelled within 3 days of the travel date.
Please note: A USD 100 administration fee applies to each ticket cancelled.
