A memorable and enjoyable Bhutan trip

Dear Sonam,

Thank you very much for coordinating our trip, and indeed we had a very memorable and enjoyable trip with different experiences.

First of all, some very important and positive feedback about the trip:
- We were very satisfied with the professional services provided by the tour guide, Kuezhang and the driver, Wangdi. We had a lot of fun with their company, especially my kids.
- We were well taken care of by the guide and the driver throughout our entire journey, especially to the Tiger Nest.
- We had a very pleasant stay at Taj Tashi Thimphu and Uma Punakha.

Some negative feedback about the trip:
- On the flight to Bhutan, we were not actually given a Business Class cabin, it was just on Economy Class with an empty seat in the middle.
- The vehicle used was not of good condition, it was exceptionally worse when traveling on rocky and unbalanced roads on the way to the Valley of Phobjikha. We did not voice out on the first and second days, as it was still bearable on Thimphu roads.

Overall, we would still give very good rating for your service and would definitely come back to your company if we would visit Bhutan again in the future, or recommend to friends.
