Bhutan – A Wonderful & Memorable Trip!

It has been barely a week since returned from Bhutan, and I am already starting to miss the place. It is indeed one of the memorable trips that I have made so far, in terms of the culture, people and of course the beautiful sceneries and monasteries of Bhutan.

You have been a great help in responding to all our queries on Bhutan before the trip, and on all the administration work that makes the trip hassle free. I am glad I have chosen Druk Asia for my trip and surely I will recommend it to my friends who intend to visit Bhutan.

Dochula Pass, Tango Monastery, Paro Dzong are just some of the beautiful places (not forgetting the Tiger Nest!) my husband & I have visited. I am very impressed with the artwork and the architecture of the monasteries and dzongs. We also got the chance to mingle with the locals and get to know their daily activities too.

I have no previous experience of having a personal guide for the trip (usually I am on my own or a group of people to a guide), so initially I was concerned of having one. However, with Tshering Wangchuk as our guide, he has made us feeling very at ease and comfortable during the entire Bhutan trip. Tshering was very detailed in explaining the culture and history of the monasteries and dzongs. He also took great care of me and my husband, making sure our needs for the trip were met. Not forgetting to mention our skillful driver, Mr Ugyen, who ensured we have a safe and comfortable ride throughout the entire journey.

The days spent in Bhutan were indeed enriching, fun and unforgettable. We will definitely go back again in future to visit the wonderful places and friendly people.
