I had the most amazing experience in the beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan in March 2023. I had wanted to do this trip for so long. Bhutan completely exceeded my expectations the most beautiful country with a wonderful warm kind people. This was an experience I will never forget. I want to say a huge thanks to my very professional courteous kind guide and driver Namgyel and Karpol. I cannot recommend both of these men enough. They went over and beyond for me. I was treated so well as a solo female traveller. A big thanks to Ugyan who organised everything for me so all i had to do was show up. Bhutan itself is a revelation, clean fresh air great food and the hotels were perfect. The country is so clean and the organic food a huge bonus. Nothing was a problem. I will never forget my experience here and I plan to return soon. This country will stay with me forever. I got some beautiful photos and was honoured to wear a beautiful traditional Kira for a lot of my journey. I have some lovely photos to share here and all I can say if you are thinking of going just go... My trip was custom tailored for me and was perfect. I prefered the comfort of a solo rather than a group experience. Huge respect for their beautiful Royal family who are much loved by the people.
