There are no words to truly describe Bhutan

I want to let you know that Karissa and I are having a FABULOUS time thanks, in no small parts, to our guide Tshering. He is absolutely fantastic not only in terms of the depth of his knowledge and the attention-grabbing story-telling but his humorous personality enlivening our trip as well. He had me and Karissa laughing so hard with each of jokes. We are really enjoying this trip!

Finally, I want to thank you for taking care of the detail and following up on my request regarding umbrella.

Just want to drop you a note to thank you for arranging a fabulous trip for Karissa and me in Bhutan. I am so glad I finally made the trip after 10 years of waiting! Bhutan was everything I heard, dreamed, and expected it would be and more.

What I did not expect was the wonderful guide and driver you have arranged for us. There are no words to truly describe what an absolute joy it was to have Tshering and Needup accompany us on this thrilling journey, helping us to discover, learn, and understand all the beauty of Bhutan and the Bhutanese way of life. They both made us appreciate Bhutanese people and culture that much more. We firmly believe they have made this trip so much more memorable than it otherwise would have been. We shall miss them both!

I sent an email out to my friends gushing about Bhutan, the terrific trip we had, and Tshering and Needup, upon my return. As a result, one of my friends has already contacted me asking for contact info for you. I believe she is considering a trip in June with her family. I told her you were very responsive and helpful. You should be hearing from her - Evelyn Lu - shortly; I trust you will put together a wonderful itinerary for her family as well. Obviously, if Tshering is available at that time, he will be their guide of choice. It is too bad that they will not have the pleasure of Needup’s company as they are a family of 4.
