This trip was a once in a lifetime experience . The company were incredible . Ugyen , the tour organiser in Singapore. responded very quickly to all queries from planning the itinerary and making sure it was right for us . No question was too small .the trip itself was with soul trips and our wonderful guide ( also called Ugyen) was a truly wonderful guide and human being . He and our driver tailored our days according to our requirements , energy levels . Nothing was too much trouble . He would stop to get us fruit , cough sweets etc without being asked . He often checked our hotel rooms and changed them if he felt there was a better view . He rang ahead to order ginger tea often as we both had coughs . Nothing seemed too much trouble and he always had a smile on his face . He was a minefield of information about Bhutans history , Buddhism etc . We would not hesitate to recommend the company and try to get Ugyen as your guide if possible . 10/10
