Never once did I feel rushed or sense any irritation from Penjor or Jimie when we had to make the many pit stops. It was tough not only for me but also for Penjor and Jimie. They took it in their stride. I was comforted and felt safe with them. They were caring, patient and understanding throughout. These acts of kindness and dedication, I will always remember.

I had such a wonderful time in Bhutan. The place is so beautiful, nature so untouched, people so friendly and free-spirited.
I spent a few days in the mountains and the experience was really awesome. I wasn't quite well prepared or trained for the trek but the crew team was so patient and caring, constantly kept a lookout for me throughout the journey. On Day 3 I got mountain sickness and did not get to carry on with the trek uphill. The team took great care of me when I was unwell and I feel so touched and thankful. I didn't want the experience to end and so we continued to stay on in the mountains at a lower altitude and the horseman invited even the team and I to his home.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say a massive thank you for arranging our incredible trip around Bhutan - we had an absolutely amazing time!
Our guide, Penjor, was absolutely amazing and quickly became our friend - he had some of the best conversational English skills I have ever encountered in Asia and truly made our trip come alive.
I cannot recommend Penjor enough.
Our drivers and the camping staff were also truly great and we were blown away by Bhutanese hospitality and levels of service!
