Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is widely used in European countries but is not commonly implemented in Asia. Our banks use the SWIFT network for international identification and wire transfers. We will provide you with the relevant SWIFT code and bank details for your transfer.

All payments are processed in either Singapore Dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD). If you are transferring funds from another currency, your bank will handle the conversion and may charge a small exchange rate fee.

Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal, Flywire, and Stripe. Please note that these providers charge a transaction fee:

  • PayPal: 3.3%

  • Flywire: 3%

  • Stripe: 5%

  • PayNow & Credit Card payments: Instant confirmation.

  • Bank / Wire Transfers: Typically 1–3 working days depending on your bank. We will notify you once the funds have been received.

If you send payment in a currency other than SGD or USD, your bank will convert the funds before the transfer is completed. Please note that your bank may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees.

We are fully transparent with our charges. The only additional fees are those charged by third-party platforms (PayPal, Flywire, Stripe) or by your own bank for international transfers. We do not impose any extra fees beyond what is clearly stated.

Yes, for certain travel packages, we accept payments in instalments. A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before your travel date. Please contact us for specific arrangements.

Yes, once we receive your payment, we will send you an official receipt or invoice for your records.

Druk Asia Cancellation Policy

  • More than 45 days before start of programme: USD 140 flat rate per person

  • 31–45 days before start of programme: 25% of package cost

  • 21–30 days before start of programme: 35% of package cost

  • 8–20 days before start of programme: 50% of package cost

  • 4–7 days before start of programme: 75% of package cost

  • 3 days or fewer before start of programme: 100% of package cost

  • No refund for special promotion tickets.

  • 75% refund for tickets cancelled more than 30 days before the travel date.

  • 50% refund for tickets cancelled between 10–29 days before the travel date.

  • 25% refund for tickets cancelled between 4–9 days before the travel date.

  • No refund for tickets cancelled within 3 days of the travel date.

Please note: A USD 100 administration fee applies to each ticket cancelled.
