I had an excellent experience working with Druk Asia, beginning with my first communication with Sonam and continuing throughout the customization of my 16-day cross-country journey across Bhutan with a private guide and driver. Every question I had was answered promptly, and all logistics were thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. Each day’s activities provided meaningful cultural immersion whether exploring ancient monasteries, engaging with local traditions, or traversing breathtaking landscapes. My guide, Karma, is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met, and his insight brought Bhutan’s history, spirituality and culture vividly to life. My driver, Kinga, was very professional and remarkably skilled at navigating Bhutan’s challenging mountain roads.

During my solo trip to Bhutan, I was fortunate to be paired with an outstanding guide and driver. Kinley Phuntsho, my guide, proved to be young and exceptionally helpful. Dawa Zop, my driver, skillfully maneuvered his trustworthy vehicle through various landscapes, ensuring a smooth ride while keeping the car immaculate and hydrated. Together, we forged lasting memories, enjoying meals and each other's company. I completed the 7-hour hike to the Tiger's Nest alongside Kinley, who exhibited remarkable patience and made certain that I reached the top.

We had a great 8-day introductory tour of Bhutan, accompanied by a very welcoming, well-informed guide (Tashi Tobgay) and a very steady driver (Yeshi Tenzin Dori). We felt that we were in very good hands. And Druk Asia was great from the get-go, with very thorough pre-trip planning and pre-arrival preps - everything went very smoothly. 100% recommend.

Absolutely wonderful 6 night trip Thimpu, Punakha and Paro Tiger Nest - our guide Choki Wangchuk was excellent at all times, a very interesting person very knowledgeable and his culture and Buddhism, good fun and very solicitous especially in the tigers Nest hike. Our driver Kezang very skilled on rough roads and also fun. Sangay in the office was very good at organizing the trip and visas. I would give Druk Asia 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys

My mother and I had the most incredible 7-day tour in Bhutan, thanks to our exceptional guide, Namgay, and our wonderful driver, Kinga. They both added so much heart and meaning to our journey, and we truly couldn’t imagine experiencing Bhutan without them. Namgay was extraordinary. He was attentive to every need, communicated clearly, and shared his deep knowledge of Bhutanese history, culture, and Buddhism in a way that was engaging, warm, and easy to understand.

Just got back from a 14 day trip in Bhutan with my Dad and it was an incredible experience. We traveled through valleys and hills, visited beautiful monasteries, hiked up to Tiger’s Nest, and even stayed in local homes. The homestays and meals we shared with families were such a special part of the trip and gave us a real sense of Bhutanese life. The country is peaceful, the food was great, and the people were so warm and welcoming.

Excellent trip to Bhutan in August 2025 through SoulTrips, which made the process of booking flights, obtaining my visa, and arranging hotel stays and my travel itinerary seamless. I had initially planned my trip to Bhutan in 2023, but it was postponed until July-August 2025. I approached the trip with an open mind and heart, albeit with limited research. Unlike my usual solo travels, I opted for a guided tour this time. I would like to extend my gratitude to Sonam, who initially arranged my trip in 2023 and was helpful in accommodating changes to my plans. Ugyen was also instrumental in customizing my itinerary and responding to my queries in a timely manner.

But more importantly, I learned more about my capacity to embrace new challenges such as hiking in high altitudes and tackling Bhutan's longest suspension bridge. Not for the faint-hearted. A Breathtaking Journey Through Bhutan with an Exceptional Team. I recently traveled alone to Bhutan from 2 to 8 March 2025, visiting Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha. The trip was organized by SoulTrips (company of DrukAsia), and I had the pleasure of being guided by Ms Chencho Lham and driven by Mr Thinley Dorji. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, enriching, and beyond my expectations.

I had the best birthday trip to Bhutan. Exchanging correspondence with Sonam during the planning stage of the trip was so smooth, all my inquiries were answered promptly and the changes on my itinerary were well accommodated. Spending 9 days in Bhutan was so fun because we had an amazing crew. Our guide, Tashi, shared a lot interesting information about each place that we visited, as well as life, culture and traditions of Bhutanese people. He made sure that we were enjoying and comfortable at all times. Our driver, Dorji, made us feel safe during our travels from one valley to another given the narrow and steep roads of Bhutan. Every morning he made sure that the car was clean and ready for us. Tashi and Dorji were so thoughtful that they took extra effort to get me a birthday cake on

From the fantastic, comprehensive and ever helpful planning and booking by Sangay to his arraigning air travel and visa for us the trip could not have been better. Our expert (patient) and knowledgeable guide Sonam, who was there from the moment we stepped off the plane in Paro until we departed at Security, we needed for nothing. He made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. Our driver Lhakpa was safe, friendly and ever vigilant. He even invited us to his home and his wife cooked us a wonderful meal. More than we could eat! We saw things few people will ever see. Truly changed my life. They were so helpful and accommodating to our sometimes odd requests. They are our friends now. We can’t thank them enough. I actually cried when we left (boy was that strange for me) I would recommend Druk Asia to anyone without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience!!! We did not want it to end…we had the best guide Dorji and best driver Hindrup. Bhutan was so magical…we would love to come back and experience the beauty of Bhutan all over again. Sangay made this trip possible and we are all very happy with this trip!

Our wonderful guides, Yeshey and Thinley, helped us fully experience Bhutanese culture. In just three days, we visited all the places we planned, enjoyed delicious local food, and were lucky enough to attend the Dechenphu Tshechu at the sacred Dechenphug Lhakhang monastery.
